1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the Allergy Classroom website (allergyclassroom.co.uk) and the services provided by Mirabel Lavelle, trading as Allergy Classroom, a sole trader based in the North East of England. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Allergy Classroom provides allergy awareness workshops for children, CPD training for teachers, and whole-school support packages. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed once a written agreement (email or signed service agreement) is in place.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price.
- If I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued after workshop delivery with 30-day payment terms. All prices are quoted excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. If I become VAT registered, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, brand identity, the Zeb and Jet characters, and workshop materials — is the intellectual property of Mirabel Lavelle (trading as Allergy Classroom) and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
6. Website Content

7. Safeguarding
I hold an Enhanced DBS check and I am safeguarding trained. During school visits, I comply with the host school’s safeguarding policies at all times. Any safeguarding concerns arising during a workshop will be reported immediately to the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.
8. Liability
I hold public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of my services or website. Total liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
